I don't know which of the others I mentioned are officially freeware of commercial, but I suppose it would be fair to say that any game that has a "developed by Taito/Atari/Mindscape/etc" intro screen was probably developed for commercial use. Dopewars is a beta and is freely available from the developers at so I think that sorts out the legality of that one.
